- Must invest AUD 1.5 million in an Australian State or Territory OR invest at least AUD 5 million in complying significant investments in Australia (Investment Stream)
- Obtain a pass mark of EOIs with 65 points or above
- Have functional English proficiency
- Meet Health and Character Requirement
- Not have had a visa cancelled or a previous application refused
Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491)
This is a provisional with points-tested visa for skilled workers who want to live and work in regional Australia. This visa allows you to stay in Australia with multiple entries for 5 years or while the ticket is valid. Eligible to apply for Permanent Residence after 3 years from when your visa is granted.
