This program is the least complex and most popular scheme among professionals compared to others.
However, this scheme is designed ONLY for holders of S Pass, Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass, and Entre Pass. It means the applicant must have worked in Singapore before applying for SPR.
The latest addition is the Overseas Networks and Expertise (One) Pass for top talent across all sectors to start, operate and work for multiple companies at once. The application for One Pass begins on 1 Jan 2023. The ONE Pass is for foreign nationals who is at overseas or in Singapore at the time of applying for the pass.

Fund Management Company in Singapore requires a license to operate unless the Company is classified under the exemption from licensing under the Financial Adviser Regulation. We will help to apply for a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license and prepare the risk documentation in accordance with the risk management framework. We will also submit other required documents such as:
- Signed declaration by directors
- Business profile as per the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority’s record
- Complete group shareholding chart
- Organizational chart with reporting lines
- Financial statements
- Other supplementary information deemed necessary
Apply to use a concessionary tax rate of 10% on the management fee charged by the Family Office
Currently, management fees charged by the Family Office are taxed at the prevailing corporate tax rate of 17%. In order to minimize the tax exposure, we will assist to apply for a concessionary tax rate under the FSI-FM scheme. Under the FSI-FM scheme, fee income derived by a Singapore fund manager from managing or advising a qualifying fund is taxed at a concessionary tax rate of 10% instead of the general corporate income tax rate of 17%, subject to certain conditions and MAS approval of the FSI-FM award. We will assist to apply for the concessionary tax rate.
Apply for tax exemption scheme under Section 130 and Section 13U
In order to ensure that your funds get maximum returns from the investments, we will assist you to apply for the tax incentive schemes under either Section 13O or 13U of the Singapore Income Tax Act. The benefits of obtaining these tax incentive schemes are that the returns from the designated investments are exempt from tax and employment passes will be issued to the fund managers.

- You must be a founder and one of the largest individual shareholders of a company with a valuation of at least S$500 million; and
- Your company must be invested in by reliable Venture Capital/ Private Equity firms; and
- The company must belong to at least one business sector in the preferred industry list
4. Family Office
- You must possess at least 5 years of entrepreneurial, management, or investment track record; and
- You must have net investible assets of at least S$200 million
(Note: Net Investible Assets include all financial assets, such as bank deposits, collective investment schemes, capital market products, premiums paid in respect of life insurance policies, and other investment products, excluding real estate.)

- You must have at least three years of entrepreneurial and business experience; and
- The company you operate must have a turnover of not less than S$200 million in the most recent year, and an average annual turnover of not less than S$200 million in the last three years; and
- If your company is privately owned, you must hold at least 30% of the equity; and
