Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa

This visa is for people who have skills that will contribute to New Zealand’s economic growth. It allows you to stay in New Zealand indefinitely. This program is using factor points with the highest-ranking candidates from the pool who will be invited for permanent residence.

Eligibility candidates are :

  • Obtain a pass mark of EOIs with 160 points or above from five selection factors
  • Five selection factors include Age, Skilled Employment, Qualifications, Work Experience and Partner
  • Able to include the spouse or partner and dependent children aged 24 and under in the residence application
  • Meet the language requirements test with overall score from IELTS of 6.5 or more OR TOEFL iBT of 79 or more
  • Meet Health and Character Requirement

Entrepreneur Work Visa

This visa is for people who want to buy or set up their own business in New Zealand. They are given up to 3 years in total to stay in New Zealand and to work in their own business.

Eligibility candidates are :

  • Have NZD$100,000 as capital investment requirement or It could be waived if your business is in science or ICT sectors that shows a high level of innovation or export potential
  • Obtain a pass mark with 120 points or above
  • Not have been made bankrupt or been involved in a business failure in the last 5 years
  • Not have been involved in any kind of business fraud or financial wrongdoing

Visitor visa

This visa is for tourists, business visitors or to visit family for up to 9 months. This visa is also for studying for up to 3 months.
