Start-Up Visa Program
This visa program is for entrepreneurs to establish a new business in Canada. The new business must be innovative with global competitiveness while creating new jobs for Canadians.
Eligibility candidates are :
- Have a qualifying business
- Have a Letter of support from a designation organization (a business group that has been approved to invest in or support possible start-ups, such as : Venture Capital Funds or Angel Investor Groups or Business Incubators)
- Meet the language minimum requirements of CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) 5 in either English or French in speaking, reading, listening and writing
- Must Proof of funds. The amount depends on the size of your family which started from CAN$12,960 for 1 family member
Federal Skilled Trades Program (Express Entry)
This program is for skilled workers who want to become permanent residents based on being qualified in a skilled trade
Eligibility candidates are :
- Obtain a pass mark of 67 points or above from six selection factors
- Six selection factors include Language Skills, Education, Work Experience, Age, Arranged Employment in Canada and Adaptability
- Must Proof of funds unless you are currently able to legally work in Canada and have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada. The amount depends on the size of your family which started from CAN$13,310 for 1 family member
Study Permit and Visitor Visa
A study permit is a document issued to allow foreign nationals to study at designated learning institutions in Canada. A study permit is not a visa. It does not let you enter Canada. You may also need Visitor Visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Once your study permit is approved, They will issue one to you with your study permit.
